Equipment Shipment to Magadan
At the request of our partners, we manufactured an automated production line for high-quality expanded polystyrene, with an output of 80 cubic meters per shift. Metal Structure Welding Services
In September, a team of professional welders from Ivanovo Mechanical Plant provided metal structure welding services during the construction of a modern automated warehouse complex with an area of more than 10,000 sq. m. The modern building will ensure high-quality storage and convenient shipment of goods to customers.
Pultrusion for Prefabricated Buildings
In September, the Tambov-based OOO "DEMETRA" began using our equipment for manufacturing GFRP products by pultrusion at its new production facilities. The main purpose of the products manufactured is prefabricated buildings and structures.
GFRP Profile Production Set Up in Obninsk
In August, our equipment was delivered to the production facilities of OOO NPP "Polet" in Obninsk, and production of GFRP profiles was set up.
New GFRP Rebar Equipment Already in Sevastopol
In July, new equipment for manufacturing GFRP rebar was delivered to OOO "Sevkompozit" in Sevastopol. The outdated control cabinets on production lines manufactured outside our company were also replaced with modern ones.
New Equipment for Dielectric Composite Rods
In June, our long-standing partners at OOO "Polykompozit" in Pskov ordered the latest equipment for composite materials. This equipment will be used to produce dielectric composite rods of various diameters.
New Partner for Our Plant
In June, the OOO "SZKA" became our partner. The company purchased equipment for manufacturing composite rebar from us for the first time, and after working through the construction season, it is already planning to purchase one more unit for composite rebar production.
Composite Equipment Upgrade
On May 28, OOO "Sialt NSK" became our partner. The Novosibirsk-based company upgraded its equipment fleet for manufacturing GFRP reinforcing mesh and GFRP rebar.

On May 21, a production line for GFRP reinforcing mesh was shipped to the city of Kovrov. Denis Yershov, Director of OOO "Kompozit 33", became our partner back in 2019. He purchased equipment for manufacturing GFRP rebar and was satisfied with the equipment quality, service, and the excellent attitude of the IMZ employees.

In February 2020, our partners gave us a challenging technical assignment: to replace the control system and software on outdated imported equipment. Earlier, our company had supplied this partner with four pultrusion machines, which had proved their reliability.
Foreign Delegation
A delegation of entrepreneurs from Indonesia visited the Ivanovo Mechanical Plant. We arranged a tour of the plant for the guests. After the tour, an agreement on cooperation in the production of composite materials was signed. The preliminary contract amount is $2,000,000.
