A hot-water boiler is a heat-generating unit designed to heat water used in heating and domestic hot-water systems. TEKO boilers are manufactured at the Ivanovo Mechanical Plant and designed for long-term reliable operation in industrial and municipal facilities.
Combustion chamber. The main boiler component, where fuel is burned and thermal energy is released. The furnace design is optimized for complete fuel combustion and high efficiency. The boiler body is made of high-quality boiler steel using robotic welding.
Convective tube bank and heat-transfer surfaces. Increased heat-transfer surfaces are a key design feature of TEKO boilers. They ensure efficient heat transfer from combustion products to the heat-transfer medium and reduce operating costs.
Burner unit. TEKO boilers are equipped with burners from leading manufacturers for natural gas, diesel fuel, or dual-fuel operation. An explosion-proof burner can be installed on request for operation in special conditions.
Control and safety system. The modern control panel automatically maintains the set heat-transfer-medium parameters, protects against emergency situations, and enables remote monitoring. At the customer’s request, the system can be integrated with the facility’s supervisory control system.
Insulating casing. High-quality thermal insulation of the boiler body minimizes heat loss and ensures operator safety.
