A steam boiler is a heat-generating unit designed to produce steam for process operations and heating systems. TEKO boilers are manufactured at Ivanovo Mechanical Plant and designed for reliable long-term operation at industrial facilities.
Combustion chamber. The main boiler component, where fuel is burned and thermal energy is released. The furnace design is optimized for highly complete combustion and high efficiency. The boiler body is made of high-quality boiler steel using robotic welding.
Steam drum and convective tube bank. The steam drum separates steam and water, while the convective tube bank transfers heat from the combustion products to the heat-transfer medium. Increased heat-transfer surfaces are a key design feature that reduces operating costs.
Burner assembly. TEKO boilers are equipped with burners from leading manufacturers for natural gas, diesel fuel, or dual-fuel operation. An explosion-proof burner can be installed on request for operation in special conditions.
Automation and protection system. The modern control panel automatically maintains the specified steam parameters—pressure and temperature—provides protection against emergency conditions, and enables remote monitoring. At the request of the customer, the system can be integrated with the the facilityupervisory control system.
Thermal-insulation casing. High-quality thermal insulation of the boiler body minimizes heat losses and protects operating personnel.
