Post-Warranty Equipment Service

In April 2020, we signed a post-warranty service agreement for the SPA-2 line. In September, the haul-off unit failed because the supplier delivered low-quality raw materials. The staff of Ivanovo Mechanical Plant repaired the unit as quickly as possible and identified the cause of the failure in the process. The line is now fully operational, and production has resumed.

To ensure uninterrupted equipment operation after the warranty period ended, the company's management decided to sign a post-warranty service agreement. We have not needed post-warranty repairs to date, but throughout the warranty period all work was performed responsibly and within the shortest possible time.

On behalf of our company, we would like to thank the employees of Ivanovo Mechanical Plant for carrying out the warranty repair quickly. The staff identified a technical fault caused by mechanical wear of an assembly. The assembly was replaced with a new one within a few days, and the composite profile production line resumed operation.
