We are continuing to share news from our business trip to Iraq, where we are successfully commissioning equipment for a partner company.
This is an interesting project: we are setting up a 2 m line for composite mesh production.
One of the important stages is preparing the compound and setting up the dispenser, as shown in the video.
What does our equipment do?
- It prepares the compound by mixing three components — resin, hardener, and catalyst — in precise proportions.
- The dispenser automatically prepared 100 liters of mixture, which was then used to fill the baths of the 2 m line. All of this happens without human intervention, significantly improving operating efficiency.
What were the results for the day?
Today we produced:
Mesh 2 m wide, with 150 x 150 mm openings and 8 mm bar diameter;
The second mesh type was 150 x 100 mm, also with an 8 mm bar diameter.
Every day of operation proves that our technologies are effective and highly beneficial to our customers and partners, which makes us very pleased.
