Purpose of the dissolver:
The equipment is designed for intensive mixing, dispersion and uniform distribution of components (dry and liquid) in the formulation. This is particularly important for obtaining a homogeneous structure, stable properties and a high-quality end product.
Here is how the process works:
— loading two dry components into a mixing vessel on a weighing platform
— precise dosing and weight control
— adding the liquid component during mixing
— once homogeneity is achieved, the mixture is pumped into the next vessel
In the second vessel, entrained air is removed from the mixture, which is critical for ensuring the stable properties of the finished product.
This approach ensures repeatable results, reduces rejects and optimizes the entire production cycle.
