Oil-hydraulic power unit developed for manufacturing vehicle tie rods
One of our partners needed a hydraulic power unit. The unit was designed to control 14 hydraulic cylinders, each with a force of 15 tons. Its main purpose is to control a 3D bending machine. This machine is designed to manufacture automotive parts, specifically tie rods for various vehicle models.
During this project, a number of innovative solutions were implemented to increase the equipment's capacity.
As an additional task, our plant's specialists developed the software and operating logic for the 3D machine.
