Manufacturing workshop of Ivanovo Mechanical Plant

We recently made a short video for a client showing what our GFRP rebar production line looks like in operation. We believe our production shop will be interesting to future partners who cannot visit in person.

We have often said that development is one of our highest priorities. This applies not only to the continuous improvement of our equipment, but also to the development of the production facility itself, its expansion, and its outfitting with the latest manufacturing equipment. This video shows the components of our rebar production line. Each component has been tested repeatedly in operation, and we guarantee its reliability and quality. All rebar lines are equipped with the latest-generation automation. There is no need to work out how to produce a particular rebar diameter: simply select the required program on the control panel, and the line will reconfigure itself.

Another advantage of our lines is the automatic coiler developed by our specialists. It enables efficient production without stopping the line. With an automatic coiler, one operator is sufficient for full line operation.
