Composite fiberglass and basalt mesh occupies a special and steadily growing niche in construction. This recently developed material is used in projects involving houses, industrial buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, and more. Its widespread use is due to its unique resistance to corrosion, chemicals, moisture, and temperature fluctuations, as well as its low weight, ease of use, and low thermal conductivity.
Our equipment can produce composite basalt and GFRP mesh in widths of 1 m or 2 m, depending on the line type. The mesh size can be adjusted.
A line of this type requires only 1–2 operators, minimizing staffing costs.
Key features of the offer
We manufacture machines in four configurations that differ in line width and maximum rod diameter:
- СПС-1-4 — line width 1 m, rod diameter up to 4 mm.
- СПС-2-4 — line width 2 m, rod diameter up to 4 mm.
- СПС-1-8 — line width 1 m, rod diameter up to 8 mm.
- СПС-2-8 — line width 2 m, rod diameter up to 8 mm.
A 1 m line can produce mesh of any width from 0.5 to 1 m; a 2 m line can produce mesh from 0.5 to 2 m.
By changing the line settings, the mesh size can be varied from 50 to 200 mm in any combination.
The equipment design also varies depending on the rod-weaving method:
- mat weave (transverse rods alternately wrap around longitudinal rods).
- twisted weave (transverse rods pass through the longitudinal rods).
The second weaving method gives the mesh extra strength; this configuration costs an additional RUB 300,000.
