The raw materials used to manufacture polymer-sand products include virgin polymers, secondary polymer raw materials and polymer waste: polyethylene waste, used polyethylene film, polymer waste, recycled polymers, various polymers (PET, LDPE, PVC, HDPE, PP, PS) and plastics obtained by sorting and separating municipal waste, as well as screened sand and coloring pigments.

Thanks to the high level of automation, the operator only needs to load raw materials on time, monitor the process while observing the equipment, and unload the finished products. Three materials are used as feedstock, in the following proportions: polymers 25%, sand 74.5% and colorants 0.5%.
