Our Workflow
When you order a metal structure, you receive complete support at every stage:
- Design. You can provide a finished design or order new drawings by preparing a technical assignment. Our in-house engineers have at least 10 years of experience. In the latter case, several custom solutions are developed so that you can select the best option.
- Approval. All details of the future structure are agreed before production begins. At this stage, the design can be changed, elements can be added, and key parameters can be adjusted.
- Preparation. The required metals and raw materials, including additional materials, are prepared according to the design documentation. Our own warehouse enables us to complete preparations as quickly as possible.
- Manufacturing. During manufacturing, we focus on process accuracy, the correct sequence of operations, and compliance with the approved design and technical requirements. This is essential for high operating performance and reliability.
- Delivery and Installation. Depending on its dimensions, the structure can be assembled completely in the workshop or consist of several main parts — modules. Delivery terms are agreed individually. Installation time depends on project complexity.
