The NPO «Zvezda» equipment catalog includes machines, parts, and assemblies manufactured in-house. Our products were created for a unique technology for manufacturing next-generation building materials. The solutions we offer are the result of work by our own laboratory, headed by Doctor of Chemical Sciences Professor P. V. Nikolaev. The scientist has devoted more than 40 years to research, resulting in 10 patents.

We offer four business plans based on our own building-material production technology, as well as additional systems and individual equipment for different process operations. All solutions can be adapted for a large facility, implemented separately, or combined in any configuration.

A system for producing composite GFRP or BFRP rebar is operated by one or two people, depending on product size. The line can be configured for the required products and tasks. The materials are used:

• in the construction of monolithic concrete structures;
• for reinforcing block and brick structures;
• in the manufacture of concrete products;
• for soil stabilization on slopes.

GFRP rebar is lightweight yet resistant to mechanical loads, chemicals, and temperature fluctuations. Compressive strength: 520 MPa. Products are supplied in coils up to 100 linear meters or straight lengths from 10 cm. The finished line occupies 18 m in length, 1.5 m in width, and 2 m in height. The design allows an integrated turning unit to be installed.

The equipment system is designed for two operators. The line is available in two versions for producing mesh one or two meters wide, with bar diameters up to 4 or 8 mm. The products are used:

• in the construction of monolithic structures;
• for road paving;
• for soil stabilization on slopes.

The composite material is resistant to corrosion and chemicals. The polymer is moisture-resistant, thermally insulating, and withstands temperature fluctuations.

The line has flexible settings: mesh width can be set from 50 cm, mesh openings from 50–200 mm, and finished-product length can be selected for rolls or sheets. A twisted-bar weaving modification is available for increased strength. This option improves resistance to impact, tearing, and pressure.

The GFRP profile production line occupies an area 25 m long and 2 m wide. One or two operators run the machine, depending on the operating mode and product parameters. Output is up to 1.2 m/min per die.

The equipment is supplied in six configurations with a pulling force from 10 to 30 tons. Maximum profile width: 1,800 mm. The material is used as a structural element in temporary and permanent buildings, canopies, partitions, and frames. Material density: 1.7–2.2 g/cm³, which allows lightweight structures to be created. In tensile and bending strength, the material is comparable to steelю.

The GFRP profile grating production equipment is operated by two people: a line operator and an assistant. The main line element is a 1.2 m high forming table. It requires an area of 120 × 360 cm. In one 8-hour shift, the system produces four grating panels measuring 120 × 360 cm. The grating is used:

• for floors, footbridges, and pedestrian walkways;
• as intermediate floor structures;
• for stairs, ramps, gangways, verandas, and entrance areas.

The grating is resistant to aggressive environments, temperature fluctuations, high humidity, and mechanical loads. It can be placed in direct sunlight without changing the material properties.

Depending on the required properties, the machine can produce grating with open openings or a solid surface. In the second version, the top looks like a continuous composite sheet with the mesh beneath it. The surface can be smooth or coated with quartz sand, which improves slip resistance.

The polymer-sand product production equipment is operated by three workers. The finished system occupies an area of 150 m². The facility does not need perfectly straight walls and can be rectangular or have a complex, non-standard layout. Line output is 650 kg of polymer-sand mixture per hour. It can manufacture various products:

• roof tiles;
• sewer manhole and utility-shaft covers;
• paving slabs;
• foundation finishes;
• gutters and caps for fence posts;
• decorative and functional landscaping products, including benches, bins, and railings.

The product range is limited only by the specialists imagination and the available molds. Recycled plastic and sand are used as raw materials. Different modifiers can be added to improve specific properties according to the production technology for each product.

Finished products have both low production costs and high performance. As a result, they are in strong demand.

The EPS production and cutting area at «NPO Zvezda» is designed for three employees. This modern, carefully designed system produces up to 80 m³ of material per shift, with a density of 11 to 35 kg/m³. Exact figures depend on the required properties of the finished products. All equipment is installed on an area 25 m long and 2 m wide.

Finished-product applications:

• construction: material for heat retention and noise protection;
• industry: packaging material for protecting goods from damage;
• advertising and architecture: creating various shapes and structures;
• consumer goods: a lightweight filler.

Demand for the material is driven by its high insulation properties, low weight, and affordable price. Additional line settings make it possible to produce boards up to 200 mm thick of PSBS-S 25, PSBS-S 25 FK, PSBS-S 35, or PSBS-S 50 grades. Granulated EPS foam and polymer raw materials can also be produced without additional equipment.

The fiber production machine at «NPO Zvezda» is compact equipment for shredding fiberglass. One employee is sufficient to operate it. The system occupies less than two square meters. Output depends on the required particle diameter and reaches 600 kg per hour. Cutting length is adjustable from 1 to 100 mm, with a thickness from 5 to 40 mm.

The finished product consists of thin fibers. They are added to concrete and cement mixtures for the following purposes:

• increasing the fire-resistance rating;
• increasing strength;
• preventing cracks;
• reducing material consumption;
• extending service life.

The equipment is universal. The cutting elements can shred not only fiberglass but also other types of waste. The system complements small-scale GFRP product manufacturing by converting waste into building material.

«NPO Zvezda» supplies conveyor microwave ovens for various tasks. The equipment is already used in food, pharmaceutical, woodworking, rubber, ceramic, and other industries. The well-designed construction and modern process equipment ensure high performance, durability, and reliability.

The equipment is used to heat, dry, and sterilize products for various purposes. Flexible settings allow it to process different objects, including liquids, bulk materials, and dense materials. Microwave energy is used for heating and drying, so no odors occur during processing.

The main advantage of the ovens we offer is their efficiency and affordable price compared with foreign alternatives. This helps increase facility profitability by using domestically manufactured equipment for various process operations.

MGS, or oil hydraulic power units manufactured by IMZ, are modern systems made in accordance with international standards and GOST. They offer high output, long service life, and reliability. The units convert different forms of energy into the kinetic energy of the working fluid to operate:

• production lines;
• individual machines or hand tools;
• hydraulic presses, jacks, lifts, and other equipment.

Depending on their purpose and operating conditions, the power units are supplied in different versions: mobile, stationary, or self-propelled. As a rule, the easier a unit is to move, the lower its output.
