Mixers

Effective mixing of sand and the polymer binder is essential for producing high-quality products. A standard concrete mixer can be used for this purpose, but specialized equipment is a better choice.

Melting and heating units

The equipment heats the mixture and melts the polymer. Heating takes place with continuous mixing, ensuring a consistent temperature throughout the volume. The mixture enters the chamber through the feed hopper and is then pushed by a rotating screw through the heating zones. The output is a homogeneous molten mixture with a dough-like consistency.

Molding presses

As the name suggests, the press gives products a specific shape. The material discharged from the extruder is placed in a mold on the worktable. The product is formed under pressure and water cooling accelerates solidification, increasing output. Once cooled, the product is removed from the mold by lower ejectors. After demolding, the products are sent directly to storage because polymer-sand production technology does not require intermediate curing, unlike cement products.
